These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dbt33 ("dbt33", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the dbt33 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related features accessible at dbt33.ws and any associated domains or subdomains. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on dbt33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the dbt33 platform.

dbt33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms apply to all users of dbt33 regardless of location within Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

Access to dbt33 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. dbt33 takes its eligibility requirements seriously and employs verification procedures to confirm that all registered players comply with these conditions.

Failure to meet any of the criteria below at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform entitles dbt33 to suspend or permanently close your account and to withhold or void any outstanding balance or bonus credit pending investigation.

Registration with dbt33 requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The information you provide at registration forms the basis of your player profile and is used to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulations. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date at all times.

dbt33 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction flagged for review. Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC process may result in the suspension of withdrawals or the temporary restriction of account access until verification is complete.

dbt33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as updated from time to time on the dbt33 platform.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. dbt33 reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Transactions that cannot be verified to dbt33's satisfaction may be delayed or declined. dbt33 will not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts that were not used to make the original deposit.

dbt33 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between those specific offer terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail in respect of that bonus or promotion only.

dbt33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses credited in error must be returned and may be deducted from your account balance. Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including by opening multiple accounts, using coordinated betting strategies to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or providing false information to claim a bonus — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for closure.

dbt33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe and fair environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The responsible gaming tools available on dbt33 — including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion — are available to all registered players at any time through the account dashboard.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dbt33 and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where dbt33 determines a breach has occurred. dbt33 cooperates with relevant authorities and may share information relating to prohibited conduct where required to do so by law.

All content on the dbt33 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game logic, graphics, images, audio, video, text, user interface design, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of dbt33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dbt33 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gambling and sports betting as a registered player.

This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any dbt33 content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the dbt33 platform; use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on the platform; or use dbt33's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of dbt33's intellectual property may result in account closure, civil action, and referral to law enforcement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbt33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the dbt33 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, service interruptions, errors in odds or game outcomes subsequently corrected, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.

dbt33 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that its platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and events beyond dbt33's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, acts of government, or natural disasters — may cause temporary service interruptions for which dbt33 shall bear no liability. In all cases, dbt33's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dbt33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. Your continued use of the dbt33 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — dbt33 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the contact details registered to your account where practicable.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the context of Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through dbt33's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. By using dbt33 you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any claim against dbt33.
